To the Genoso Family:

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during these times of sorrow.  

We can never say that "We know how you feel," because we don't.  We can only sadly imagine the unfathomable pain penetrating through your hearts asking "Why, Dad"? "Why, now"? "Why, us"?  Rather than finding the answers, our hearts seem to beg more questions.  We've lost loved ones in the past.  The Pain. The Sorrow. The Darkness. The Loss.

And so remember we shall: Even in our darkest days, God's great faithfulness shines through. 

In the canopy of Heaven, there's reason and season for everything.  Whether we're braving the unpredictable storms in life or enjoying the stillness until the winds and rains have passed, the peace of God's omnipotent presence continues to be the source of our strength, our joy, and our refuge.

The passing of "Dad Benito" will forever leave a void in your hearts and ours, and in the hearts of so many others.  Let us take comfort in knowing that he is now in the Better Place we all long to be.  "Dad Benito" lived a full life and left behind a precious gift of hope, of strength,and of grace.  And he has made this world brighter and hopeful place for us.

For "Dad Benito":  We will miss you.  We love you.  And "thank you" for being YOU.
