Ziggy was a friendly character usually outside greeting people passing by or having a sit down chat with a friend. He had many stories to share about his career and what he had accomplished throughout his life. He loved playing his music and loved talking about his family as well. The corner of the block will never be the same. Thanks Ziggy. You will be greatly missed.

I met Ziggy about 18 years ago. When I first met Ziggy it was an instant connection because we are lovers of cars. I love to hear the stories of days when he worked at John Hine Pontiac as a Salesman and General Manager. I purchased Ziggy's 1959 Cadillac last December (2017) and this is the type of relationship we had as friends. I will miss going by Ziggy's house and hearing his life experiences. I could go on and on about Ziggy because he was a great guy and he had a heart of gold. I will miss you Ziggy. Every time I see that Cadillac, I see Ziggy!!! Love RJ

Uncle Ziggy,
I never thought that you would be leaving the world so soon. I will cherish the wonderful times we have had over the years. I don’t think I would have had such a love for Bilko if I had not met you. I don't think I would have been able to look at croutons the same if you hadn't shared your crouton story. Your story about Col. H from your job as a car sales man was the best.

I will miss making you the as you quoted the “best” coffee. I will miss the modification times we had but in the years to come I will strive to include a small (75%) modification aspect (when safely applicable) to my future projects as my tribute to you.

Even though you have left in the real world your love will still remain with me and will be with me until we meet again. Know that Marina will have lots of love and support coming her way in the days that are to come as you would have would have wanted. On a final note I will say I love you and will miss you!

Con amore infinito,
Danielle (Your Little Buddy/Power Tool User in training)

Our family is mourning the loss of our beloved Uncle Benny. Words cannot express the emptiness and devastation we are feeling. We are truly heartbroken; we never believed the day would come, that you would no longer be with us. You were larger than life itself Uncle Benny.

The memories we have will remain close to our hearts, although you are gone, you will never be forgotten.

Love,

Marina, Mike, Angel and Nicholas

My Dearest Ziggy,
Where do I begin? You have taught me so much over the past several years. When I needed someone to problem solve with, YOU WERE THERE. When I needed someone to encourage me, YOU WERE THERE. When I needed someone to share my East Coast stories with, YOU WERE THERE. You always said that "one day the student would become the teacher..." well, I guess that day has come! Thank you for all the lessons and the fun. I will do my best (70%) to not let you down!

Ziggy as we call him, is one of the most down to earth people that I have ever known. We love you Ziggy! He has been a part of our family ever since I can remember. He was a friend, customer, but most of all a part of our family.

Marina, please pass along our condolences to your family. We love you.
