I was so sad to hear about Betty's passing. I am sorry for your loss. I met her when we were both bowling for the St. Columba Friday morning Women's League. She was always so nice & made me feel so welcome as I was new to San Diego & St. Columba. She also had a great sense of humor & always made me laugh. I have missed seeing her at mass & know she is smiling down on all of us now.

Dear Tom and family,

We were all very saddened by Betty's death.
She was one great lady and we all loved her.
She always made us feel comfortable and "at home" when visiting you in San Diego.
I will miss her and her visits to Pittsburgh.
She was fun and a pleasure to be with.
She was surely loved by the "Burgh" folks.
May God grant her eternal rest.
God bless all of you and give you great strength to get through these difficult and sad days.
You are in our thoughts and prayers.
May you rest in peace Betty,'til we meet again.

Love and prayers,
Mary Kate and Jack

Mr. Conners & Family: My deepest sympathy in the loss of your wife/mother/grandmother & great-grandmother! Your family has been like "extended" family over these past 50 years to me and I still cannot call you by your first names! What a blessing to have known you all & some great memories etched in my mind. Such as the night Mrs. Conners placed walnuts in mine & Michelle's bed sheets after staying up all night long on a bet! She was so proud of that one! You are all in my heart, thoughts & prayers! God bless each of you!

To Uncle Tom and family, Our heartfelt sympathy to you all. The loss of a woman so special is heaven's gain. We always looked forward to the visits to Pittsburgh. Aunt Betty was always so warm, loving and fun to be with. What wonderful hospitality she showed us when we came there too. She will be deeply missed, but resting in peace now with the Lord. May He hold her, in the palm of His hand, until we meet again. God will give you all strength in this difficult time. Love and prayers from your east coast family.
