Bounthavy is survived by her husband, Milbert Gabriel Bautista; daughter Mackennzie Gabrielle Bautista; father Manichanh and mother Samphone Pathaimrahh; sister Samly Stevens, brother Brandan Sea Saiyarath, brother Bounmy and brother Thyrayout.

A visitation for Bounthavy will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113. A prayer service will occur Wednesday, May 20, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113. A witness cremation will occur Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 3:00 PM, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113.
