Brian Eugene Fulton passed away peacefully on September 8, 2025 at the age of 86. Born in Akron, Ohio, Brian was the son of Eugene and Mabel Fulton and the twin brother of Alan Fulton. Brian was a man of deep faith, a proud Army veteran, and a devoted husband, father, uncle, grandfather and friend.
He served in the United States Army for 5 years and 27 years as a Park Ranger for San Diego County. Brian was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara; his son, Scott; and his twin brother, Alan. He is survived by wife Terri and step daughters Colette and Michele.
Brian’s life was marked by service, kindness, and unwavering faith. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Funeral Service will be held at El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley, located at 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121, on September 16, 2025. The service will take place from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
Following the funeral service, a graveside service with military honors will be conducted at the same location from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
