Carmelita Ocampo Raby was born on September 28, 1936 to Ymedgio and Arsenia Ocampo in the Philippines. She passed away on September 20, 2018 at Palomar Medical Center in San Diego, California. There will be a visitation held on October 3rd and 4th from 4:00-8:00 pm at El Camino Memorial-Sorrento Valley Chapel. Funeral Service will be held on October 5th at 1pm at El Camino Memorial-Sorrento Valley Chapel graveside to follow.
