Dora A. Campbell
December 17, 1924 – November 16, 2021
Dora A. Campbell, 96, of La Jolla, California left all of us to be with the Lord Almighty on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. She was a loving and caring wife, daughter and mother. She is predeceased by her husband Pfc Alfred Campbell III and her mother Emma Valencia Recendez. She had 2 siblings, Manuel and Irma. Dora leaves behind her daughters, Celia and Cathy, and niece and nephew Alyse and Ian who called her “Gummie D.” She was proud of her American heritage and her diverse family tree. Most importantly was her love for family. She loved to have get-togethers even if it wasn’t a holiday or birthday. She just wanted to be around family. She will be surely missed and thought of always. She was loved to the moon and back.
Services will be held on Tuesday, February 1 at 1:00 at El Camino Memorial Park in Sorrento Valley, San Diego.
