Charlie is survived by her son Derrick Engram (Jackie); her daughter LaRonda Engram-Resendiz; her son Michael Engram; her daughter LaVearne Davis (Ray); her daughter Stephanie Valentin (Saul); her daughter Jolinda Youngblood; her daughter Kiariie Broussard (Welton); her son Russell Youngblood (Chiquita); and her son Alexander Youngblood.

A visitation for Charlie will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cypress View Chapel. A funeral service will occur Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 1:00 PM. An entombment will occur Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 2:30 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum. A repast will occur.
