Clarence Jeffrey Vinoya

On January 22, 2023, Clarence Jeffrey Vinoya, known to all of us as “Jeff”, passed away at Scripps Hospital La Jolla at the age of forty-six. He is survived by his wife Rhiza and daughter Sydney, his mother Fely, younger brother Allen and his dad Jun together with his step mother Wilma and half sisters Carmela and Jasmine.

He was born in Oak Harbor, WA then moved to California at a young age. He resided in San Diego for the last 40 years, where he gained his Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. All his life he worked for Space and Defense companies working on government contracts.

Jeff will always be remembered as the loving husband and doting father, a caring son and brother, the funny cousin, and a favorite Uncle who spoiled his nieces and nephews.

He was an avid toy collector, Japanese car enthusiast, sneaker head, and sports lover. On his free time he spent a lot of time watching car vlogs, Star Wars and Marvel movies, and playing with his toys. But above all, he would always say that his favorite thing to do was hanging out with family and watching Sydney’s basketball games every weekend.

Everyone will miss Jeff’s funny antics, hearty laughter and most especially his loving and caring nature.
