Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty well preserved body but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming “WOW, what a ride!” This was our Clark.
Born in Ohio August 15, 1943 Clark served proudly 2.5 years as an Army Ranger in Germany. He was a graduate from UCSD in San Diego with majors in Astrophysics and Cognitive Science.
Clark developed a project to make some of the cleanest water on the planet - water meeting the 18 Megohm standard used in the semiconductor industry - from some of the dirtiest water on the planet - sewage. Clark was a member of the Water Committee of the SD Regional Chamber of Commerce for over 25 years, he consulted to Toppan Electronics, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company and he was an international consultant to the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
Clark is survived by wife Jamie Caroline, his daughter Lisa, stepson Christopher and wife Vania, and granddaughter Sophia.
Words cannot express how much he will be missed.
