Elsie was the military wife of Sandy J. Stroud. They were married for 35 years.
Elsie is survived by 7 children, Noreen Flores, Francis Stroud, Iris Donaldson, Hugh Ford, Debra Kelley and Leila Feliciano, Sandy Stroud Jr. and her faithful Terrier/Chihuahua Rafael. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Elsie attended Revival Tabernacle for over 30 years. She was a cook and Sunday bus driver for Christian Academy. She graduated from CSTI Bible College in 1984. Elsie was also a registered nurse in a convalescent home, a security guard and a retired housewife.
Her passion was traveling with her husband, Sandy J Stroud, across county bowling tournaments. She became a woman of recognition winning trophies and prize money doing what she loved.
