Ervin H. Buck was born July 27, 1931 in Byers TX to Ervin H. Buck II (Farmer) and Nellie May Martin H (Housekeeper ).
High School Graduate of Compton California. Compton Jr. College 1950, partnering owning a gas station garage only to have girls on roller-skates and trays starting new gas station across the street, good timing as he was drafted into the Army, but went to enlist in United States Air Force.
Buck, Served several tours in Vietnam. July 1951-July 1972 active duty and would become Master Sergeant. Stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas as Engineer Environmental Support Technician through the water supply and waste water treatment field on base. When he was civilian he taught water waste management at Mesa College and continued in the field of Water Treatment Operator for the county of San Diego. Ervin, well known for the names "Jay" or " Buck" lived a long retirement. He went to heaven holding his daughter and granddaughter's hand.
Ervin H. Buck is survived by his ex-wife Juanita Buck and daughter Carol Buck. As well as two children by first marriage, Sheree Carscadden and Rick Buck.
