Dear Mom, I came across a loving greeting card & read: Please be good to yourself..."Love Mom & Dad who will always be looking after you."  So many of us look at death as a final chapter in life, yet I look forward to the new chapter of life after life when we are united in heaven.  Mom thank you for teaching me how to pray, & how true spirit & love remains.  The past 3 years as mother, daughter,& room-mates, is always here with me.  We were both given a gift I'll always treasure, you were in my arms when you left to follow the light & join dad & your baby grand-daughter in heaven.  I'm forever thankful for your love & for being my mom.  You'll always be missed, & in my heart, in my prayers, & part of who I've become.  Thank you mom ~ We are always together in prayer. MOM,  I find it very hard to come to terms that you are with Dad. I could not have had a better MOM than you. I have been very lucky to have shared all these years together with you and dad.  I will never forget the time your grandson Steven told you that you were going to be a GREAT GRANDMOTHER you   kept hugging him, and then with the news of the twins.  I am glad you were around to enjoy them. Please know how much we love you and will miss you. Buy  the way Barb is still keeping up with the  tradition of baking the family recipe Christmas cookies you did together.  I will miss you always and think of you every day. Rest in peace sweet Esther. Her wonderful son Dennis and glorious daughter in law Barbara loved her so much and knowing her  you couldn't help but love her. Many memory's together making cookies going on vacations and spending holidays together with her and Nicki and my brother Dennis and sister Barbara were great days. They both inspired me to be as good as I was to my mom. God bless them both. We had her in the best of times.

So saddened for the loss of Aunt Esther. She was the last of the Colonna family of her generation. She and my mom were known as the Dolly sisters. Now she is with Uncle Nick and all her siblings.

I've been deeply saddened to hear of Esther's death.  I was blessed to meet her a few years ago through her beautiful and loving daughter, Marianne.  Esther became a second mother to me and graciously allowed me (and many others) to call her Mom. I will always remember Esther as a wonderful, loving, kind, and caring woman, who loved her family with her whole heart.  Her eyes sparkled with joy and pride when she was with Mathieu, Marianne and Jeff. Esther's zest for life was contagious.  Her faith was strong and she lived it every day of her life. She will be missed always, but kept in the hearts of all blessed to know her.  It brings comfort to know she's in heaven with her husband, reunited for eternity. I send all my love and sympathy to her family.
