Florita Dichoso De Los Reyes was born on September 1st, 1923 in San Felipe, Zambales, Philippines. She married Lamberto De Los Reyes at the age of 21 in Orani, Bataan, Philippines on July 21st, 1945. In 1977, she immigrated to the United States where she lived in Seattle, Washington with her oldest son Edward De Los Reyes, Sr. One year later, they moved to San Diego, Ca. Her sons, Edel and Efren, then arrived in United States in 1980, followed by, Eveline, Exequiel, and Ernest in 1986. As her children started families of their own, she helped raise the majority of her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, watching soap operas, and walking in the park with her friends. At the age of 92, she passed away on February 3rd, 2016 in Poway, Ca, surrounded by her family. Florita is preceded in death by her grandson Joseph Manalo, age 7 (1979); spouse Lamberto De Los Reyes, age 62 (1986) and her son Edward De Los Reyes, Sr., age 42 (1995).
