Frances graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1940. During World War II she worked at the Goodyear factory near Phoenix assembling aircraft. When the war ended she moved to a cottage in San Diego at Mission Beach. In 1948 she married David E. Morgan. They had one child, David F. Morgan. They owned Morgan’s Attorney Service in San Diego for many years. They were rarely seen without one of their many Dachshunds. They enjoyed working together, traveled around the world together and were inseparable from the time they met until David’s death in 2000
In addition to her husband, Frances was preceded in death by her two sisters and brother, Edna Buckley, Harriet Lucey and John Campbell. Survivors include her son David, his wife Linda, grandson Alec, his wife Nicole, great-grandchildren Mason and Audrey and nieces and nephews in California, Arizona, Florida, Oklahoma and Texas.
