Frank James Barrancotto

Frank James Barrancotto, 79, of San Diego, CA, passed away peacefully in his home on April 25, 2025. Born on March 1, 1946 in Passaic, New Jersey, he was a devoted husband to his beloved Patricia Barrancotto and a loving father to Demian, Brandy and Jonathan.

Frank was hard-working and dedicated. Though Frank may not have liked being the center of attention, he deserves to have his long years of fatherly love honored. He was a man of unwavering faith and he left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his children and grandchildren Demian (Kassie), Connor, Josephine and Jonathan (Mylene), Calvin and Kaylee and Brandy, as well as many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 24 at 10am at Sacred Heart Church in Ocean Beach.

We find comfort in knowing that Dad's legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us, the love he shared, and the memories we will cherish forever. Though he is missed by his family and friends here on Earth, he has finally been reunited with the love of his life, Patty, who he was fond of quoting as saying, “Make it a Great Day”.
