There's so much to say about my Nanu. This man is the hardest working person I know. There's stories about how I used to work with him and he taught me how to weld a fence together that is still standing at the house, to installing an AC unit at my parents house, to him getting upset when I let a baby rattlesnake get loose when he tried to kill it. He let me drive his boat when we went fishing. The times we went to Knotts Berry Farm and then a Claim Jumper lunch. Fast forward to today where we spent a lot of time at Brigantine and Sushi. He loved his family and made sure we knew it. Even better was when we were all together as one. I learned a lot from him and I know he will always be with me now. I'll miss you Nanu and one day we will meet again. Love you and RIP.

Though we haven't known Frank and Stephanie very long, we hold a very special place in our hearts for each one. My family and I feel privileged to have bought the Perez Family home. From the moment we saw it online, October of 2018, we knew we had to speed up our purchase plans to make this dream a reality. For so many reasons, the pictures spoke to us. Though the house was almost empty, Jim and I could tell it was a special house that had a loving story. With agents in the middle - things were a little rocky and then I had the fortunate opportunity to run into Frank one lovely day. We became fast friends and from that moment on, I knew why this house was so special.
It's really unheard of to fall in love after a real estate transaction - and that's exactly what happened here. We fell in love with Frank and Stephanie. We've celebrated several fun times together, including my daughters high school graduation. This picture is from our very first dinner together in that beloved house.
To the Perez family - this will always be your house! As we shared with Frank and Stephanie - you are always welcome! We'd love to see you and get to know you, too.
With much love and appreciation - Susan, Jim and Gabriela

My greatest memories w/my uncle growing up...taking all our dogs running behind Chollas Lake, the Boxing Matches @ the Downtown Collisium & my first Fishing Trip. I caught a BIG lobster & he wanted to eat it but we had to throw it back...$500fine! My sister, brother & I enjoyed these times w/both my uncle & my father. I will keep my memories in my heart. Keep on Mr.Jefferson! I will miss you very much.💗

Our last cruise with mom and dad. This one was 2016. He really enjoyed cruises, especially when the whole family was able to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary in 2008.
