Gayle Slate, z"l, wife of Don Slate, mother of Heidi (Steve) Levin and Scott (Candice) Slate, grandmother of Matthew, Daniel, Samantha, Mason, Carter and Kelsey, died February 2, 2020.

Gayle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a life long advocate for children with disabilities and founded Kids Included Together (KIT) in 1997, an organization that brought together kids with and without disabilities in social and recreational programming. Her adventurous, loving spirit will be missed. In lieu of flowers, donations to KIT would be greatly appreciated.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 5th at 3:00 p.m. at El Camino Memorial Park.
