Georgia was active in the Church’s baking group and choir and loved being a part of the church community. The church was a very important part of her life, and she was proud of her Greek heritage and traditions.
Georgia was a very social person, a good conversationalist, and a friend to many people. Because of her outgoing nature she was dubbed the (unofficial) welcoming committee at the assisted living facility where she briefly lived. She worked as a human resources specialist for the Ann Arbor, MI city water department, and later, for Hughes Aircraft in Carlsbad, CA. She enjoyed reading and always seemed to be in the middle of another book.
Georgia was a caring, loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed by many, and we are left with many great memories of the person that she was.
