Helen was born January 26, 1923, in West Frankfort, Illinois to Lillian and Charles McDonald.
She worked as a Housing Manager at Naval Air Station Miramar before retiring to spend time with family.
Survivors include her two daughters, Marcia and Donna, four grandchildren: Luke, Nick, Jhennifer and Kristina, as well as four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband James D. Robinson.
A memorial service for Helen will be held Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM at El Camino Memorial Chapel, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92121. Following the memorial service will be a graveside service at 2:30 PM at El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92121.
