Mrs. Thuhong Thi Hoang was born in Vietnam on May 1, 1952. She emigrated to San Diego 15 years ago, settling in the City Heights neighborhood. She is survived by her husband Ngoc Phan, children Ngoc Anh Phan, Ngoc Trang Phan, Tan Hong Phan, Hong Diem Hoang, Ngoc Chan Phan, Tuan Hong Phan, and Ngoc Mai Pham. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, May 12 at 12 noon at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in City Heights. Interment will take place following at Greenwood Memorial Park.
