My wife and I visited Irene one time when we were on vacation in San Diego. She was a good friend of my mother in law and therefore we meet here too.
I remember here as a very nice person.


So sorry to hear this sad news.  Miki and I only met Reni in her golden years.  Living in different continents limited our time with her, but we always thoroughly enjoyed seeing her.  Reni was an original.  A remarkable woman.  Spending precious time with Reni was always amongst our favorite moments in San Diego the past few years.  We'll certainly miss her.  And our deepest condolences to the family.  Au revoir ma chère Reni.
