Jack was born on March 5, 1942, in San Angelo, TX to Clark and Juanita (Walters) Wynne. He was a 1960 graduate of San Angelo Central High School and earned his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M in 1965. On May 30, 1970, he married Tuula Tellervo Wynne and together they raised two sons, Gregory and Stephen. He lived in many locales during his 53-year career with Brown & Root and the Department of Defense before ultimately settling in San Diego in 1999 and retiring in 2019.
Jack had a passion for music and loved to play golf. He was also a proud Aggie, and his family is pleased to report that the last thing he watched on television was Texas A&M’s stunning 41-38 victory over Alabama. Gig ‘Em!
