Janice Marilyn Wade

Janice is survived by her husband; Dan Wade. Her son and daughter in law; Doug & Amy Wade. Her brothers; Philip Boide & Michael Boide.

Jan was born on 05-19-1943 to J.K. & Lora Boide in Holcomb, MO. She spent her childhood years in Belleville, IL. She met Dan at the Last Chance Saloon in Belleville when she was 29. They were married on July 3, 1976. Their son Douglas was born on July 7th, 1977. Jan loved being a wife and mother. Jan became a Christian and was born again on February 11th, 1999. From that point on, church became a regular part of her and Dan’s life. Janice was a devoted Christian. She loved Jesus with all her heart and filled several journals with prayers and praise.

She spent many years as a homemaker and her passion was crafting: from woodworking and toll painting to scrap booking and scarf making. Jan enjoyed camping with her husband Dan and their friends. She enjoyed reading and going to the movies.

In 2000, Jan went back to school and graduated to become a physical Therapy technician. She spent five years helping many people with their recovery.

Jan was a wonderful woman and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

The Celebration of life is scheduled for 2 pm on Saturday March 5th @ City view Community church in Santee, California. Pastor Danny Henderson will officiate. The celebration will be recorded and shown online for anyone who is not able to attend.
