Jeni Maples, age 38, died at her home in Pacific Beach, California on Thursday, March 12, 2015. A California native, she was born in 1977. In her youth, she was an active swimmer and soccer player. She attended San Diego State University with a major in biology. She later took up acting and enjoyed all her friends and fellow actors at the D.J. Sullivan Workshop. She had the opportunity to be in several of DJ’s showcases along with various short films and videos. Survivors include her longtime companion Dan Stark, her mother Brenda Ruth, father Dan Roach, step-father Paul Maples, and sister Niki Maples. She will be remembered for her kind free spirit and friendliness to everyone. Most of all, her hugs will be missed by everyone who knew her.
