Joseph “Jeff” Charles Park was born on September 15, 1974 to Charles Archibald Park, Jr. and Maria Corazon Park in Biloxi, Mississippi. He attended International School in the Philippines. Jeff lived between Texas and the Philippines before his family settled down in Sacramento where he graduated from Center High School in 1992. It was then when he found his love for the Sacramento Kings. Jeff eventually moved to San Diego where he enlisted in the Armed Forces in 1994. He had his first son Alex in 1997 while stationed at Fort Sill Army Base in Oklahoma. He met the love of his life, Shanyn Devine in 2000 and instantly became the loving father of two beautiful daughters, Caitlyn and Christina. Jeff welcomed his 3rd daughter Chelsey in 2004. Joseph’s second son Joey, his namesake, was born in 2008. He loved all his children deeply.
Jeff passed away on October 7, 2021 in Santee, California. He is survived by his brothers, Charles and Mark, sister Sheila, wife of 20 years, Shanyn, and their children Alex, Christina, Caitlyn, Chelsey, and Joey.
