Joseph was a long time friend of mine. A great man, with a strong sense of responsibility and care. Highly educated and a great architect.  He was well travelled and a kind soul. In the past few years we had lost contact and I just heard of his passing.  Very saddening to this mysterious obituary with no further details from his family and friends whom he cared about very deeply. Rest in peace.

Joseph worked with me at the Division of the State Architect for a year not long ago.  He was passionate about politics and the world, about injustice and corruption and war.  We had many enjoyable conversations.  He was an international person who had a large view of the world.  I am very sad.  I never met his family but he spoke of his siblings with love.
