Mamah Lie,

You fought bravely and valiantly for 17 months, never complained and always accepting what God planned for you.

I will be forever grateful that you got a chance to attend my graduation in Tucson while you were still strong.

We find solace that now you are no longer in pain. We are going to miss you a lot, but we know you will always live in our hearts.

With Love,

Lioe Lie’s departure from this world, like the setting sun is nature’s phenomenon. It’s GOD’s beautiful plan. Still.....hard to understand.
Lie& I had lots of happy times together, being members of WULAN, a seniors club,we danced and sing, we had all kinds of parties, oh and piknicking. We not only share the fun , but often the two of us are philosophy-Ing seriously. All these has become memories, but our friendship has been a bright spot in my life.

Our sincere sympathy and condolences to you and your family during this time.
I’ve known Tante Lioe Lie ever since I was little. She is my mom’s friend. I remember my mom saying that she was one of her smartest friends at school. I’ll remember her from her calm personality and beautiful smile.

Rest in peace with our Heavenly Father, Tante Lioe Lie. We miss you.
