She was born on March 03, 1930 in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, to John N DeArdo and Louise (Bennett) DeArdo. She moved to Pacific Beach, CA in 1962, where she resided for the last 61 years.
Louise was devoted to her Catholic faith and was an active member of the St. Brigid's community. It was here at St. Brigid's that she formed many lifelong friendships.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Francis, sister Mary Jane Fairfield and brother Richard DeArdo. She is survived by her only daughter Jacqueline Yurochko - Underwood (Thomas), grandchildren Megan L. Underwood, Brandon F. Underwood and her cherished Great Granddaughter Saige Louise Corning. She also leaves behind her nieces, nephew, and many cousins.
Family, friends and others whose lives Louise touched are invited to a memorial Mass on March 4, 2024, 7:30am at St. Brigid's Catholic Church, 4735 Cass St., San Diego, Ca 92109.
