Lucia is survived by her daughter Luz Maria Scheuerman; her daughter Teresa Fuentes; her son Francisco Silva Jr; her son Gustavo Silva; her son Fernando Silva; her daughter Elizabeth Roberts; her daughter Angelica Douglass; her daughter Lorena Young; her son Jaime Silva; her son Uriel Silva; her son Oscar Silva; and her daughter Beatriz Mitchell.

A funeral service for Lucia will be held Monday, December 13, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113.
