Marcella was born May 25, 1936 in Staten Island, New York to Marcella Irene McGarry and James Martin
McGarry, and was married to William Crosson for 63 years.
Marcella was a proud Navy Wife for 30 years, moving around the world living in exotic places including
Bangkok, Thailand and Rota, Spain. She loved to travel, her favorite place being Ireland. She was an
avid reader and researcher, she loved to look up everything, and also enjoyed the ocean and gardening.
Marcella is survived by her husband, William Crosson; daughter Kimberly Crosson along with her wife
Karen Dey; son Jim Crosson; sisters Maureen McGahan and Kathleen Koopman; and many extended family members. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Marcella was preceded in death by; father James Martin McGarry and mother Marcella Irene McGarry.
Private Interment will be at Miramar National Cemetery 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122
