Michelle was the most gracious and caring soul. When I came to Golden Hour, she was the first person who made me feel at home. Her smile, hilarious sense of humor and positivity were infectious. Michelle could always hold her own in a room filled with every type of personality and always have the upmost respect. I unfortunately did not hear about her passing until a day after the funeral. I will say as a testament to everyone who knew her. Her most important and prized possession was her daughter. She was over the moon when telling me of their adventures. Her famous phrase included " Sweet Baby Jesus". And Karma exists "Mirza". I hope Ms. Michelle is flying high above the clouds and always checking in on us. May she greet us into the next stage of existence and always know she mattered! Love you Mama Michelle! Kimberly...

I worked with Michele for about 7years at Red Oak Cardiology in Houston. Heather was little then, but she was Michele 's whole life. Everyone at work was so saddened when she and Heather moved to Vegas, but Michele was an adventurer who wanted to explore everywhere. My daughter, Mari, and I went to Vegas for a visit and we had a ball at the Thunder Down Under Show, Michele always had that beautiful smile on her face! I saw her a few years ago on a trip they made to Houston, and am so glad I went. Much love to you Mama, until we see each other again!👱‍♀️❤😘

Within just two short years of meeting this sparkle she was my best friend. It's rare to connect with someone on such a deep level, but Michele just had that spirit. She was and always will be my family. Even though it's easy to feel lost without her, I can still feel her here with us through the joy she brought to our lives. May she live on through each of us, and our smiles. Everytime it starts to hurt a little too much, I see her smiling face and hear that beautiful voice say "smile Bonnie Boo!". I'll miss hearing that every day. I'll miss our rides speeding down the freeway, I'll miss the fun we had dancing the nights away, I'll miss the little sneaks past my desk at work with a wink and a "hey, this weekend?" so I knew when to get a babysitter! But most of all, I'll miss our talks, sharing our stories, and learning and growing from one another.

Thank you for everything sweet friend, until we meet again. I love you!!!

I’ve known Michele for a little over 4 years. The first conversation we ever had was about how we were both Scorpios. We are passionate and assertive people. We are determined and decisive, and will research until they find out the truth. Scorpio is a great leader, always aware of the situation and resourceful. Scorpio will keep your secrets, whatever they may be. People often say that Scorpio-born are fierce, because they understand very well the rules of the universe. Scorpio are excellent leaders because they are very dedicated to what they do. Scorpios hate dishonesty and they can be very jealous and suspicious. Scorpios are brave and therefore they have a lot of friends.

I see all of Michele’s friends everywhere. Whether you’ve known her for years or just a few days, she left an impression on you. Whether she greeted you with “Hey pretty girl!” Or “Love bug!” “Hey monkey” or what is actually my favorite but I didn’t know until I stopped hearing it is “Hey mama!” Michele sincerely noticed you and wanted you to feel special. And there is no better proof of this than all the beautiful stories that were shared about this beautiful woman.

Michele leaves behind her own mini-me in Heather. Michele - have you seen how strong your girl is!?! She’s incredible and she’s going to do you proud.

Michele took a chunk of my heart with her but she left behind a lot of sass! I don’t know about you but ever since Michele left this world, I’m feeling a responsibility to live a little more sassy, a little more colorfully, a little more honestly, and wear a lot more eyeliner!!

Michele - I miss your pretty face!

I am still in complete shock and disbelief that I will no longer see Michele walk through the office door with a big beautiful smile on her face. I already miss her so much. On Friday, 12/28/18, her Golden Hour family held a celebration of life for our beloved coworker and friend. During the celebration, coworkers stood up and told stories about Michele. For me, the theme that emerged from all of the stories was that Michele touched everyone that knew her in such a positive way. She bought joy to all of those around her. She had a huge presence and personality that was just magnetic. She lived each day to the very fullest. She had the most amazing outlook on life. She loved with her whole heart.

During the celebration of life, through the tears, we wrote Michele messages on PINK balloons and released them together to the sky. Mine said something she'd always say to me, "I heart you mama!! I'll take you with me always." I really will take her with me always.

May your beautiful soul rest in peace. This world will never be quite the same without you.

With love,
Jenna Quinones

So many good times in and around high school. Michelle was a big part of meeting my future wife(at the time). She will always be a part of us. She had so much love for life and people, I'm sure she'll be a part of many more.

I met Michele in 6th grade (Hambrick Jr High). My parents were going through divorce and she was always there for me.
We decided to try out for the talent show by dancing to “Mickey”, by Toni Basil. On the day of the tryouts- I decided I was too sick to go to school (anxiety). She and the other girls walked to my house and pulled me out of bed. She told me we are going to do this and we were going to have fun! She was right. We did have fun. Didn’t make the talent show, but she was such an encourager. I learned to take risks from just that little 6th grader at the time and continued to do so.

I moved away after my parents divorce. However, through Facebook- we were able to chit chat. I enjoyed seeing the pics of her and her beautiful daughter.

Love to the family.

I spent my junior high and high school years living across the street from Michelle. We quickly became super close. She was that one friend who knew how dirty your house was but loved you anyway. We were separated from each other for twenty years until she contacted me after hearing of my mother's passing. When I saw her jump out of her car to hug me, those twenty years vanished. You will always have my heart, Michelle. There will be a hole in my heart for the rest of my life.
