Mark Anthony Alba DeLunas, age 43, passed away peacefully at his home in San Marcos, CA on July 2, 2015 after his battle with diabetes and congestive heart failure. He was born on November 2, 1971 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Ted DeLunas and the late Cecilia DeLunas. He had one sibling, a younger sister, Arlene DeLunas Adams. Mark graduated from Mira Mesa High School in 1989 and worked as an Anesthesia Tech. Mark is remembered with love by his father, Ted DeLunas; sister, Arlene DeLunas Adams; brother-in-law, Johnny Adams III; nieces Sienna & Amara Adams; Melosantos step-family; and a host of relatives and long-time friends.
