Nancy T Tanaka

Loving wife to Akira Tanaka, mother to deceased daughter Kathy, she is survived by her sons Jerry and Tom.

Nancy was an accomplished seamstress and made custom clothes, pillows, and cushions. She dedicated a large part of her life to raising three children and providing them the guidance and examples for their success in later life. She was a great family cook. We will miss the sushi and other special Japanese foods she made. Nancy in partnership with husband Akira was also business minded and handled the accounting for the family business in addition to the family finances.

Nancy was always happy and had a smile for everyone. Her positive outlook on life made everyone feel good. You were always greeted with a smile and a heartwarming greeting!

She loved being with family wherever we went (fishing, camping and rock hunting), especially when visiting her mother, sisters, and brother (grandma, aunts, uncles, and cousins) each year. We will all miss her being with us.
