I can’t express how sorry I am for such a profound loss. My deepest condolences to Niki’s entire family.  I met Niki about 15 years ago in New York City.  Whenever she came to town we’d catch up over dinner, drinks, and/or a couple of games of pool.  I thoroughly enjoyed her company.  Sadly, we fell out of contact years ago.  I have been texting Niki over the past few years hoping to reconnect, but I’d never hear back.  I finally did some research and just learned of her passing.  Can anyone please explain what happened?   I’m so terribly sorry.
