Nilfa Sagaya Goodall

October 8, 1951 - March 26, 2026

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Nilfa Sagaya Goodall, age 74, following a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. Through life’s many challenges, Nilfa lived a full and vibrant life, deeply rooted in her love for family and her quiet service to others. She bore her burdens quietly, never wishing to cause worry to those she loved. Though she is no longer with us, the family finds comfort in knowing her struggles have come to an end and that she now rests peacefully. Nilfa remained strong for so long, and through it all, the well-being of her family was always her greatest priority.

Nilfa was a woman of quiet strength, grace, and gentle wisdom. She will be remembered for her kind heart, her thoughtful words, and her readiness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Though she lived simply, she touched many lives in meaningful and lasting ways. Above all, she cherished her family deeply. She was their heart and foundation, and her love will be carried with them always.

Nilfa was preceded in death by her parents, Emilio Sagaya and Anaclita Lozada, and her son, Maynard Sagaya. She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years, Donald Goodall Jr.; her children, Marvin Galon (Wendy), Michael Sagaya, Donald Goodall III (Priscilla), Donna Marie Goodall, and Maynil Anne Lozada; and her ten grandchildren: Abigail, Gavin, Carmen, Kealani, Aurthreya, Zebadiah, Isaiah, Camren, Noah, and Ezekiel.

A private celebration of life honoring Nilfa will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family warmly welcomes shared memories and messages of comfort in honor of Nilfa’s life and enduring legacy.
