A funeral service for Noel will be held Monday, March 20, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at El Camino Memorial Chapel, 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr, San Diego, CA 92122.
