Orlando “Orly” Gerona Clenista, 71, passed away on July 13, 2026, in San Diego, California. He was born in Manila on January 5, 1955, to Pio and Casiana Clenista. He brought joy and laughter to those around him throughout his life.
Orly was known for his humor, friendliness, and outgoing personality. He had a gift for connecting with people and brightening any room he entered. A passionate tennis enthusiast, he spent countless hours on the court enjoying the sport he loved.
Above all, Orly was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. His greatest pride was his family, whom he loved deeply and supported wholeheartedly. He is lovingly survived by his wife, Marlene; his children, Leeland, Shirley, and Justin; his cherished grandchildren, Leila and Silas; and his beloved siblings, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will forever treasure his memory.
