I am a friend of Pam from what feels like from another lifetime during her high school and college years. Her big cheesy smile and the way she laughed is what I remember best. I am deeply saddened to see her life has ended so soon.
My deepest condolences to the Silverio and Oviedo families. I am happy to see she has made a beautiful family and her memory and life will live on through her family.

I had the great privilege to know Pamela Silverio through her daughter, Ryann.  I was Ryann's teacher and so admired the upbringing of this lovely child I was so fortunate to teach.   Later, in 2016, after my father broke his hip and was in the care of rehabilitation nurses, Mrs. Silverio, the nursing director, went out of her way to make sure he was looked after properly.  You knew that she truly cared about her patients. 
 Pamela was a beautiful soul on earth and the world won't be as bright without her.  Heaven though, has just received one of its brightest angels.  Rest in peace, Mrs. Silverio, and send peace and comfort to your loved ones.

Today we will say goodbye to a dear Friend, a wonderful Mom, a loving Wife…

I may have not known you personally for too long, but I thank Him for sharing your life to us and for letting me watch you beautifully touched the ones around you.  

You and Jason were there for my son when he first moved to San Diego. 

You and Jason were there for us when Arlene got sick. You both inspired us and showed us that if we keep our faith and hold on to our love for each other…we will go through. And we did. 

You and the ladies were there to listen over and over again to our stories when we (the guys) were in the seminary. 

You will always have two crispy patas when we visit San Diego…one for me, and one for the rest of the guests. 

When Arlene was sick, you were always there for her to comfort her and lift her up through text messages, at any time, despite the difference in our time zones. 

Thank you, Pam. Thank you for being the constant to the many of us. We will miss you here, but we know you are home now…

Pam would always share food she has.  She loved my mini chorizo burritos.  Miss you already.  

So beautiful inside and out, you will truly be missed.  I am so grateful for our friendship and memories. You and your family have always been some of my biggest ice cream fans. Pam, Thank you for your friendship.  You are an amazing lady.  We are so grateful and honored to have known you. Your warm smile and gracious welcoming love that you extended to Lily and our family when we joined MT Carmel Dance Troupe will never be forgotten.  We will miss you dearly.  To the Oviedo and Silverio family, may the Lord bring you peace and comfort during your time of need.   May Pam rest in peace in our Lord's loving arms.

Pam, Thank you for the good friendship. Thank for being there for Zach all the time and treating him as your own son too. I'll miss how we text each other and plan things for the kids. I'll keep an eye on Mason and I promise to you that I'll be there for your kids. I know that your in peace now where there is no pain at all for you. Keep smiling above us Pam. Dear Pam, you were my older sister, just as Gwen is my soul sister. I will miss you so very much. I will always remember your kindness, wise words, and that beautiful smile. This is surreal to me, but as I write this, with tears in my eyes, I know you are in a better place……Love and prayers for the Silverio and Oviedo family.

Our families have shared many memories together at Academy of Dance Arts. It was great to continue sharing the love of dance with Mt. Carmel Dance Troupe. You can always count on Pam being front and center cheering for the girls. She was a kind soul with the biggest heart. I will miss you dearly Mahre! May you finally rest in peace. Words cannot even begin to express my sorrow… Pam will always be one of my favorite dance moms! From when our girls danced at the Academy of Dance Arts, to moving on to being part of the Mount Carmel Dance Troupe, Pam was always that person with the biggest smile on her face! Always laughing and joking with us and always encouraging of our girls as they danced their hearts out! You could always see how proud Pam was, watching her two girls dance and perform. I will miss you so much, my fellow dance mom!

I went to high school with Pam and she was one of my closest friends.  She was a beautiful person who had a wonderful smile.   She was smart, hard working, and one of the sweetest souls I ever met.  She was a dedicated person who loved her family; especially her sister Gwen.  After reading many of the posts here, it is evident that she continued to be that beautiful, dedicated, and hard working person she was when we last spoke over 20 years ago. I was quite saddened last week to learn of her sudden passing. 

My deepest condolences go out to the Oviedo and Silverio families.  May God help you get through these challenging times.

I will dearly miss you my good friend Pam,  my coffee mate  ( "Do you want coffee Len?"),  my unpaid model for my practice photoshoot ,  you never complaint even your make up I put on was a mess , You always see the best in me,  You are a good  listener  , your words echo in my life every single day and the way you  made me feel valued , seen, and loved is something I will never forget . you  always made me believe I can do anything by the way you endlessly invest your time in checking on me. checking my posts, my new hobbies ...I will miss your calls and texts . Till we meet again. I love you Pam.

We will miss you so much Auntie Pam! San Diego is not the same anymore without you. May you rest in peace, Amen.

Just hearing your name, Pam, makes me cry because I know you're not there anymore, but you will always be in my heart. You were such a kind, generous and loving person. 

During those days, when I heard my phone ringing, and I saw it was Jay calling, made me so nervous because I never wanted it to be that day (passing)... I never heard you complain about anything. Everything was fine with you. You were strong, and you fought until the end.

Although we did not see each other often, you were still special to me because you loved each one of us. My whole family will miss you dearly. Your children, nephews, and nieces will miss your cheers and words of encouragement. San Diego will not be the same again without you. I will never forget all those fun memories and those roller coaster rides with you. I will miss your “oo nga Ji.” I love you Pam!

Our boys Mason and Jacob have known each other since elementary school and played with and against each other in basketball. Pamela was a wonderful mother, always front row supporting her kids and she always  greeted you with a huge smile!  Her beautiful spirit will live on through her children!!! She will be missed! 

I will miss you Pam! The day you arrived in San Diego you became my sister. You were so kind, loving,  caring, genuine, generous and humble. Thank you for your kindness and for treating my boys Marcus & Lucas and my whole family as your own. You were such  a blessing to me and my whole family. My heart still aches in sadness and tears still flow. No one will ever know what it meant  for me to lose you. You don't have to worry, we'll take care of your family. You know how much I love and care for your children.  I will miss your " Love  you sister"  and I loved it when you call me "auntie Veen".  I felt your love and sincerity. You'll be in my heart forever. I love you my sister Pam! You are now my sister in heaven.  Rest In Peace!

We went to the same high school. I had graduated a year earlier. It’s unfortunate we never kept in touch but certainly remember Pamela. The family will be in my thoughts and prayers. 

Your laughter and smile will never be forgotten. I am  heart broken but rejoiceful because I know you are where you need to be.

I will find you in every lifetime.  This I promise.

Pam was my blessing. I enjoyed working at The Remington Health care center, because of Pam. She was always so kind and helpful to me with her beautiful smile. She was wonderful to the patients. Pam will be missed.
