I can't believe it's five years already! Forever in my memories Paul. Nothing but fond memories of you!

I spent many precious moments with Paul in business school in the MBA class of 2003 at Theseus (now part of EDHEC BUSINESS SCHOOL) in Sophia Antipolis, FRANCE.  We were both among the younger ones in the group but we made up for this in many ways thanks to Paul's vivacious nature .

I cherish the time with you; the many encouraging words; the laughter; the team ethos; your work ethic and intensity; your perseverance (especially, with those difficult integrated assignments) and your genuine friendship with me ever since.

You welcomed me to your home in Cannes numerous times and went an extra mile to make me feel at home. I will never forget your kind and genuine acts of friendship. In many ways you were more than a brother to me. You have continued to be sounding board ever since despite the distance.

Rest in Peace my friend. You have left a void which cannot be filled!

Paul was such a character! It makes me smile every time I think about him. 
I have some memories of Paul from high school- a hyper-blonde kid zipping around in a shiny green (?) car at SRVHS... but most of my memories are from freshman year at UCSD when he'd cruise around our dorms adding comical anecdotes to conversations, exclaiming in Finnish (per our requests), and getting laughs pretending to be a shock jock. As much as he liked to push peoples' buttons a little bit, that kid always left people with a smile on their faces. So much energy... you just couldn't contain it. 

Thinking of the Orviss family today. Sending our love from the "Oceania" dorm to  our blonde friend from the "Middle East" dorm :) 


Paul was one of our youngest classmates in the Theseus (now EDHEC) MBA Class of 2003 ( aka "T14" ) in Sophia-Antipolis / Valbonne, FRANCE.

I will always remember his gregarious nature, hearty laugh and gung ho attitude to pretty much anything the universe could confront him with.

Then, as a class and a social group, we were not complete without his engaging presence. Now, as a group that knew him, we are a diaspora that will miss him at every instance.

Rest now, of course, Paul, but if there's anyone who will be welcome as a blithe spirit in any T14 meetup from now on, it will be you. R.I.P.

To you and all your Familly, receive my very sincere condolences. It's a great sorrow to lose a friend like Paul, a smart guy, never complaining and always smiling... I guess you must be collapsed. All my prayers are with you.
