We remember Grandpa coming to our house and Pam and David's
for Birthdays and Holidays over the years. When he come in the house he always had a smile on his face and a cheerful greeting.
We enjoyed great laughs and stories that we shared. He always enjoyed the meals no matter what David and David made.
Grandpa will always be in our hearts and memories.
Love David and Lana

I have so many camping memories with Grandpa Chance - that I will always cherish. Walking up to his house from woodpecker way that he shared with Anne or his house off of princess view (don't remember the street he lived on though) with a pool. Lots of fun times shared. will miss you very much. love you.

One of my favorite memories was when Richard would take his motor home to Dana Point for a day at the beach. He would invite the family. Richard and I usually drank a little to much beer so when it was time to BBQ, we would either undercook or burn the hamburgers and hotdogs. Sure was a lot of fun however. Richard, Rest In Peace and we will see you again. Love, Dave

Dad,
You are greatly missed! It was super hard these last few months without being able to see or talk to you. My memory with you is when we would go to Iowa and have the best time running, playing, being around the pigs and the corn. I love you Dad. Rest In Peace.
Love, Pam
