Richard Rick Allen Hamilton

Richard A. Hamilton died of cancer, at home in San Diego. He was born at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego. Rick was a member of CSCIS (Chronologically Superior Collective Individuals Society) and also was a talented guitarist, playing Rock n’ Roll whenever he could. He was preceded in death by both parents: Richard T. Hamilton of Bloomington, IL. and Virginia M. Hamilton of Danville, IL and his younger brother Mark T. Hamilton of San Diego, CA. Rick served as a Sgt in the USAF 1977-1981; He is survived by his wife Dinah L. Hamilton (married 25 years), brothers Bill Hamilton and wife Martha; Scott Hamilton and wife Betty; and sister-in-law Mary K. Hamilton; he was a father and grandfather, and left many nieces and nephews, and friends to see him off. Services will be held at the Miramar National Cemetery at 5795 Nobel Drive San Diego, CA 92122 on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 10:00am.
