Dear  Rosie. 
  I wanted to let you know you are thought of especially when my sister Stephanie is spoken of  or when Labor Day approaches and the day is celebrated.  After your funeral I texted those who knew you but could not attend of the event, how moving it was, sad but a  celebration of your extraordinary life.  
  I am hoping your family from time to time stops by this site to read the messages that still may pop up now and then.  I hope they find it comforting finding recent additions confirming  people  remember and always will miss you; that you were here and mattered mattered. You almost always made a difference in the lives of those you met.  No matter the amount of years you may be absent from this earth you are in our hearts.
  I hear Joe, for the most part has recovered from the crash injuries; your children are carrying on with their busy lives with joy as you would want them to. Though some of your grandchildren are too young to remember you and still those born after you passed, I am certain the stories of Grandma Rosie are shared repeatedly. Your chldren are raising their children to be the best they can be just as you encouraged your babies. They do this in your honor so your legacy will last a good long while.
  I know you are in a better place and at rest.

My condolences to the Demo family and to the Rossi family. Rosie was a lady and a scholar. I met Rosie at San Diego high school and recently caught up with her at her 40th class reunion in 2012. I will not forget her bright smile and wonderful personality. Rest in Peace Rosie. You are now among the angels in heaven forever.  God Speed.

I grew up with Rosie and went to Roosevelt Jr. High, both Rosie and I Tina Perez were small girls. We both were the best in sports all around. We kicked butt! Small but powerful we were.   Then we continued to SD High and there again we kicked butt! She will always be in my heart w/her beautiful soft spoken voice and wonderful smile. This is has been a real shock to me.  We all never know what is ahead of us at any given day. So please reflect on being kind to one another and enjoy each day counting your blessings and not your problems.((hugs)) to Rosie my dear friend.
