Dr. T & Mrs. Sandra Tegnelia,
Anita and I send our condolences for the loss of Ryan. While serving as your Military Assistant and over the years we have shared many stories about our families, and in particular our children as they were charting their paths in life. I know there are no words that can soothe the loss of a child, so we just want to let you know we are praying for the family.
Sincerely,
David & Anita Musgrave.

What an achieving young man Ryan was...and, these days, what a striking beard and mustache to boot...the very essence of our next generation sons and daughters moving out and moving up...
A while back, we had the pleasure to see each other much more often...such as your DTRA days, and we seemed to quickly devolve our conversation into how our progeny were doing...the joy and wonder of living a full and fruitful life.
Ryan will always be in our minds and in our hearts...this loss is inconceivable for you and the family...you will never forget; we will never forget; I will never forget.
Be strong my friend; we are with you...
Your Air Force buddy

I worked with Ryan when he was in Tulare. I ended up moving to San Diego in 2009 and realized Ryan was down here. We had many good times. He was most recently my of counsel handling serious felony cases for my firm. I am going to musings on life and seeing his chutzpah in action in real-time. I am going to miss him.
