I met Saeng at Technical School in 94, we hit it off quickly, became great friends, laughed, hung out on weekends. We also ended up working at the same company out of school for yrs. He loved his family, his life, & friends. Last time we talked, all we talked about was our kids and Football, but more than anything, "his son"~ He "LOVED" that boy, was so proud of his son. How smart he was, how many awards his son had won at school. I remember attendding his sons Baptism(Lao style of course). Saeng became a friend to me on the first day I met him.  I always looked forward to talking with him because I knew it would be enjoyable and make my day a little bit brighter.  Besides being a good technician and leader, he had an easy way about him that always reminded me that being a good person is what matters most in this world.  Above all else, kindness and a smile is what I got from Saeng, which made me determined to pass it along to someone else.  What I'm saying is Saeng made the world a better place and I will never forget him and people like him.

Saeng, was one of the most loyal and faithful persons that I have ever met.  He was kind and respectful, surely a tribute to kind and loving parents.  I can only say one negative thing about him, He left too soon.  To his mother, thank you for the gift of such a special person to this world.
