You will always be missed and remembered!

Sassan was one of the finest gentleman I have ever met. You came in my life with such an open heart and support that we together became a family.

You continued to be a source of inspiration for me on how good and helpful a person can be. I never ever noticed you getting upset for any reason despite working together with you for so many years. We continued to be in touch through all these years and I wanted to call you the very same Sunday on your Birthday when this unfortunate incident happened.

Me and my family will continue to miss you forever. You will always be remembered!

With Loving Memory,
Atul & Sanchita

Dear Sassan,

I had the privilege of knowing you, a true gentleman, a kind, calm, and beautiful soul. The pieces of your soul will get passed on and on.

I know you liked poetry and “On Living” by Nazim Hikmet will always remind me of you and your attitude towards life.

I will miss you dearly...

With the death of a person we lose much, but never the time spent together. People enter our lives and accompany us for a while. Some remain forever because they leave marks in our hearts.
Dear Sassan,
You are forever in our hearts. Even though we lived far apart from each other, we were able to spend a lot of time together. Our last trip together was in August 2019 in Crete. We were able to drink Greek wine and enjoy Santorini together. Our "Sheedvash on vacation" group was a success because we have had a lot of great experiences with Laleh, Helen and Amir. Now we will continue our journeys without you but with a special memory of you. You stay in our hearts forever and we´ll never forget you.

Your family from Germany, Reza, Gabriele, Jasmin, Nadine Sheedvash and Helen, Mehrdad and Scherwin Hashemi

Sassan and I sat on the same aisle when we worked in HP quite a few years back. He was always the quiet yet thoughtful gentleman. I didn't get to work with him much but he always participated in the group events with enthusiasm and joy. I will miss him dearly.

I have a few pics of Sassan from our fun activities during the HP years. Please contact me directly and I would love to share & celebrate them with family and friends.

Dr. Sheedvash, finally, pain-free, about to be laid to rest. Hold him close, as many of you did, in your thoughts and memories. I want you to know that you were one of the nicest persons I ever met. I only knew you for a little over 2 years but that does not matter because the times I spent with you I always seen a radiant smile gleaming from your face. You will never be forgotten and will always be remembered as the person who gave me a plant for my office when I began my first week of work at Ashford University.

We have all been given a gift of life, but the caveat is that we must all give it back. I wish you had more time to be with your family before you had to give your gift back. But what are we to do when we receive a call?

Well, we have to give the gift back as you did. Now you have been given another gift. This gift is known as the gift of eternal life and you never have to give this back.

You will now be able to hang out with all your buddies, family and friends who also gave their gift back. You will be able to stay out late and party without being tired the next day. Every day will be a day of fun in the sun. Your Forbes School of Business and Technology buddies will miss you dearly.

Thank you for being such a genuine and friendly person. Oh! By the way, I truly believe that when a person gives their gift of life back another person will receive it. This means that someone on the day of October 6, 2019, inherited your gift of life. You see, even when you received the call to give your gift back you had already planned on giving yours to another. Take care my buddy; I will miss you at graduation this weekend.

I worked with Sassan at HP for a long time. He was wonderfully patient and kind. I never saw him upset, even when things were going badly. We had one memorable 3 week business trip to Canada, India, and the Netherlands during which his luggage got lost and he got stuck in Frankfurt for a few hours while I had to go on to Amsterdam. Long story.....but those problems seem pretty funny now. As we compared notes, we found that he had been at the University of Utah at the same time that I was at Brigham Young University, only about 40 miles apart. Even though it's been a long time, I still think of him now and then, and consider myself blessed to have known such a kind and gentle soul.

I met Sassan thru my friend, Raheleh.

I will always remember being on the dance floor with him, especially at our holiday parties and dinners at Sufi.

I will forever cherish and fondly remember his warm greetings and kind smile everytime we saw each other. He treated me as though were years' long friends.

Here's to the music until we meet again Sassan!🎉💃🏽🎶💕

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Sassan. Sassan and I worked together for many years at HP. He was a true gentleman, and such a wonderfully collaborative person. We worked on many projects together, and also had some great opportunities to visit other HP sites around the globe. We visited many places where he was able to share the innovative technologies he helped lead with our team from HP, those were some of my best memories working at HP. We kept in touch over the years, and I know his love for travel was ever present. I will miss our emails and keeping in touch. Thoughts and prayers for Sassan and his family.
