Sergio will be missed by not only his wife, children, and two pups but all the people whose hearts he touched. Whether it was a stranger passing by or someone Sergio knew, he would greet them as if he was greeting an old friend. Those who knew him, will miss his sense of humor and getting his, “Que Dios te bendiga” as he said goodbye to them. He was selfless and generous: willing to give up his last dollar to you if you needed it; sharing whatever he cooked with the neighbors and making sure you had eaten. Always inviting you to eat and then telling you, “cómele, cómele” when you were eating and he noticed you hadn’t eaten enough. He loved fishing and loved planting fruits and veggies. His chilis were popular with the neighbors and he made sure to take extra care of them by even having special scissors to cut them so they wouldn’t dry up. He was hardworking and loved sharing the projects he worked at, including Disneyland, Legoland, Sea World, and various buildings around the city. He was a great father and will be missed. Que Dios te bendiga, Apa.
