An old co-worker of ours found Silvia’s obituary and shared it with me. I was saddened to hear of her passing. Sylvia and I worked together at San Ysidro Health Center. I was a 19 year old Jr Programmer. She took me under her wing to teach me about the different people in the office. Sylvia is also the one who introduced me to sushi. Every payday, you could find us at the all you can eat place in Chula Vista at lunch time. She ate so much for being so little. We had a lot of good laughs at the little run down house we called our office. She spoke so lovingly about her family and especially her daughter. So sad about her passing.  Rest In Peace Silvia. I know you are making people laugh with that contagious laugh of yours 

I will always remember her beautiful smile and how much she enjoyed spending special occasions with her daughter Silvita whom she loved so much, and the rest of her family.   She was always kind, loving and generous.   To Silvita, mija stay strong, she is an angel in heaven now, watching over all of you.   We will always be here for you and your babies.
