In life we have the opportunity and occasion to meet many wonderful people, but there are those special encounters that literally impact your heart and memory for a variety of reasons.  Steve was just one of those who made a lasting impression in such amazing ways. A man no stranger to hardship and hard work.  His life’s journey was one filled with many experiences filled with many blessing and yes  also moments of sadness that come from living life to the fullest.
Steve was of three individuals in San Diego to be honored by the Ecumenical Patriarch of the Greek Orthodox Church with the prestigious recognition of being made an Archon of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Greek orthodoxy world wide. Of the three hundred million practicing Christian Orthodox there at anyone time approximately 3,000 Archons.

That in it self gives you an idea how well this man was thought of. May his memory be eternal.

George, Pres. Jeannie, and Stella --- It was a great pleasure to have known your dad, especially during the 1972-1984 period.  We very much appreciated his enthusiasm and energy for all the events, activities, and functions at St. Spyridon.  He will be greatly missed.  May his memory truly be eternal!!
