Tabitha was born on October 13, 2001, in Moscow, Idaho, to Miguel and Fabiola Moreno. She grew up with a love for writing and music, passions that carried through her life. After graduating from Kubasaki High School in Okinawa, Japan, she continued to pursue her educational goals with a degree in English. Tabitha was a dedicated student and federal employee, and she aspired to build a career in marriage and family counseling. She was just beginning her journey into adulthood and was always filled with enthusiasm, joy, and love.
Beyond these accomplishments, Tabitha was an avid writer and a caring daughter and friend. She was known for her warm, illuminating smile, her quirky sense of humor, her gift for making others feel included, and her deep compassion for those around her. One of her greatest joys was her beloved cat, “Marty McFly,” whom she doted on and ensured was always well cared for.
Tabitha is survived by her parents, Miguel and Fabiola; her older sister, Tatihana; and her younger brother, Noah.
A celebration of Tabitha’s life will be held at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory in San Diego on Wednesday, September 17, at 5:30 p.m. Close friends and family are invited to attend.
Tabitha will be remembered as a wonderful daughter, sister, cousin, granddaughter, niece, cat mom and friend. Her kindness, generosity, and passionate spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew her. We love you Tabitha.
